SINGLE MODE CIRCUITS  PLC Connections offers a full line of 1xn single mode optical power splitters, in addition to other types of SM circuits.  Many options are available for case size, fiber jacketing, and optical connectors.  Ruggedized versions are available for high-temperature operation >100ºC.
